ectns.com is committed to providing the agreed services with due care. The user is obligated to provide truthful information and to supply the necessary information for project implementation. All rights to provided technologies and systems remain with ectns.com, unless otherwise agreed.
Our services are provided with professional care. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the value of the respective order. We do not guarantee specific results in the context of network and system projects.
Agreed fees are due according to invoicing. Prices are exclusive of statutory value-added tax. In case of default, we reserve the right to suspend services. There is no right to a refund for services already rendered.
Contracts can be terminated by either party by observing the agreed notice period. We reserve the right to block access to our systems immediately in case of violations of these Terms of Use, particularly in the event of abusive use or unpaid invoices.
